I was contracted to update and re-energise the Cloud Infrastructure Services pages on the Capgemini intranet, following a restructure and strategic refocus of this critical business unit.

The work involved interviewing leaders and specialists within Cloud Infrastructure Services to understand the service offerings, priorities and key messages for each area of the business.

The project required extensive rewriting of existing content, as well as generating new content. I took responsibility for the research, writing and content approval processes, working alongside communications colleagues in Europe, the US and Asia.

I was entrusted with populating the live intranet pages, using the company’s content management system, as well as editing and updating content on an ongoing basis.

Once the intranet writing project was complete, I was retained by Capgemini to provide ongoing copywriting services, including writing blogs and people profiles for the company’s external website.
